FreeBSD 3.3-RELEASE using the generic kernel. ( I'm not running that at the moment, I don't have
a web browser installed yet. ) All but des & src dists. were d/l'ed Fri., 9-17 AM from primary FTP site.
des & src dists were d/l'ed fri. 9-17 evening, after I noticed those dirs has new dates on ftp site.
I though maybe a fix had been implemented.

State-Changed-When: Sat Sep 18 05:42:17 PDT 1999
State-Changed-Why:
This was a transient error for what was the ftp distribution and, for a
shorter time, the ISO image on ftp.freebsd.org. This was corrected
for all existing FreeBSD distributions (and the ISO images that will
be used for CD releases) 9 hours later.
