I have a 1.5 Ghz Via C-7M processor and Via/S3 Unichrome Pro graphics and a 16x10 wide display and I can't see the kde bar b/c the image is below the screen.  I can't see bottom 1/4 of the screen.

FWIW, setting 'critical' on a PR does not automatically mean that it will 
be treated as a higher-priority item than the many, substantial, bug reports 
that are already on there.  Remember, everyone who work on the PRs is a
