Hi guys, i'm experiencing the same problem with a ECS NF650iSLIT-A
 motherboard.

I just wanted you to know that this bug isn't occuring with
FreeBSD-6.2-RELEASE but only with the STABLE branch with my
configuration. It continue booting util the end and when I see blue
screen of sysinstall, computer freeze. My HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GSA-H22N ATA
 Device
cannot mount the cd install disk too so I have to use FTP installation
 in 6.2-RELEASE.

 Here's my config :

 cd0 HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GSA-H22N ATA

 ad4 Western Digital Raptor X 150 Go WD1500AHFD
 ad6 Western Digital Raptor X 150 Go WD1500AHFD
 ar0 RAID 0 using both Raptor X

is freebsd staff actually working hard on the MCP51 bug? let me know
cause I want to install freebsd so bad :S
