 IDE CD- ROM
>Description:
I have installed FreeBSD 2.2.7 -stable from a CD Disrtibutation.
After compiling a costumized kernel everything works fine.
Then I update to 2.2.8 stable via cvsup.
After compiling and installing this new kernel, I have problems
to acces ISO9660 CD-ROM. /stand/sysinstall always says, that I have
inserted an audio CD.

Does this still occur in later releases?

I get this occasionally on my 4.1-R and 4.2-S machines. Using 'mount_cd9660
/dev/cd0c /dist' before or after running sysinstall never aborts with
errors. I usually just end up mounting the CD before running sysinstall.

One thing - when it does give me the "Audio CD" error, it get a
 "dscheck(#cd/2): negative b_blkno -16793264".
