3.0-RELEASE FreeBSD 3.0-RELEASE #0: Tue Jan 19 18:24:22 GMT 1999
>Description:
The machine died with kvm problems I am afraid the exact message has
no been flushed from the scroll back on our console switch howerver
it was allong the lines of:

pipeinit: cannot allocate pipe -- out of kvm
execing boot on CPU(1)

The machine is a dual PII 400. While I know I being vague the console
message definatly indicated that CPU 1 had been reset. The machine
then hung. It was possible to get ICMP responses from the box, however
there was no response on either the serial console or VGA.
