>Description:
This is a part of pf.conf. I mention that the "queue" is not in use by any rule.
As soon i start pf firewall with ALTQ options, the trafic from the Internal Network to Internet crashes. PING: RESPOSE TIMEOUT.

If a uncomment the ALTQ lines, everything is fine. But i need traffic shaper.

#ALTQ
altq on $int_if bandwidth 10Mb cbq queue {def}
queue def bandwidth 192Kb cbq(default)

 Looks like a simpler test case for:
 kern/82271 pf [pf] cbq scheduler cause bad latency

 I don't think this is scheduler specific either, but I haven't been
 able to generate what I consider to be a stable test case (it comes
 and goes in HFSC).
