 I think it might fix it.  I've not had that hang since, so it doesn't

 suspend.  The machine was suspended with mplayer still playing a

 your recent kern/93305, which somehow caused by other parts of kernel.
 Looks like you need to reproduce/isolate this problem even further,
 like taking down all networking interfaces before trying to
 suspend/resume while still playing audio.

 It's possible... they share the same IRQ.
 At the moment I've got bigger problems though... the new X11 doesn't
 resume properly... :(.  I'll get back to you on this ticket once I've
