State-Changed-Why:
Hello,

What does the dmesg say if you start the machine from CD?
what does boot -v say? (Verbose booting information).

Can you get into the kernel debugger as mentioned in the
developers handbook? http://lists.freebsd.org/doc/en/books/developers-handbook ?
If so, please follow the steps mentioned there to get more information
towards us so that we can try to help resolve this problem.
