State-Changed-When: Thu May 21 09:30:35 PDT 1998
State-Changed-Why:
User needs to rebuild config to keep it in sync with the kernel
if he is going to cvsup -stable or should not cvsup -stable at
all - this problem has probably been reported over 50 times by people
who failed to do so (and when I see Justin, I'm going to skin him
for bringing only part of CAM into -stable this way and generating
over 50 of these reports in the process :).
