	Some PC Cards are not happy with the address that they are
	mapped at.  These cards read all 0's when mapped at the address,
	which causes issues with pccard's scanning of the CIS.
	Alternatively, the problem may lie in the power code and things
	are not settled by the time the CIS is read.
