The second IDE controller is not detected at boot time by FreeBSD.
It is recognised by Linux, Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0.  I am
using the same IRQ and I/O range settings as Linux was using when
it detected it.

I had a Toshiba XM-5602B CD-ROM attached to this controller but
moved it to the first controller in order to install FreeBSD.

I have since disabled probing of wdc1 to speed up booting, it
does not print any messages, just pauses for a few seconds after
detecting wdc0.

I am willing to try any patches or create an account for someone
to experiment on if they so wish.
