 Just been taking it upon myself to look at some old PR's ...
 
 And this one appears to have been fixed some time ago as SIGEV_NONE is
 no longer in any aio.h I can find, but is in the appropriate signal.h
 headers.
 
 So, can/should this pr be closed now, perhaps with the consent of the
 originator ?
 
 If someone thinks that it's not helpful to suggest old PR's be closed
 then please email me, otherwise I'll probably be sending in some more
 suggestions to close things soon.
