My Fujitsu C Series Lifebook Model 6631 Has Intel 82443X USB.
This is listed as supported. ANYTHING attached causes error and the port is shut down.

On same hardware 3.5 series worked.
On Various Linux flavors hardware works.

Is there an option in your BIOS to enable Legacy USB-Floppy Support?
 If so, enable it.

 That fixed my C-6651

State-Changed-When: Tue Jan 4 19:37:58 GMT 2005
State-Changed-Why:
Submitter doesn't have the hardware any more, and given the massively
improved state of the USB code since then, and the fact that
we cannot reproduce it, close it and if it's still a problem for someone,
they can re-open it or add a new PR.
