Device with MAJOR 99 is registered as "Cronyx/Tau serial adaptor" and it's name is `ct'.
The problem is that other device uses this name sys/dev/ct and it conflicts with our device driver.

Install cronyx-tau driver from http://www.cronyx.ru/pub/cronyx/adapters/cfbsd351.tgz
and recompile the kernel.
Unfortunately, our driver still not in kernel :(
