but when I change to 4.0 stable it do not work.
the program probe ok at 3.4 as half-duplex,100M,
but in 4.0 stable it probed as  not half-duplex,100M
I think it is only finded by my netcard.

Does this problem still occur? What happens if you try to set the 
media manually with an "ifconfig dc0 media" command?
