 I had the problem too, and I can say this patch fix the problem.
 It should be committed soon as possible, due setfib is well deployed by
 many people.

 Also, I'm trying to make the follow setup and without successful:
 Two NIC in the same subnet, however if the traffic incoming to one NIC it
 outgoing to the NIC that has the default routing. I'm trying different
 things and I can't figure out how to solve.
 
 Have you made this kind of setup?
