 Small updating - probably a problem is actual for RELENG_9, not RELEASE. 
 RELENG_9 enable HPET by default. I have specified that are a problem for 9-RC 
 and 9.0-RELEASE too - is i checked in VirtualBox started under 9-STABLE/hpet.
