So anybody with ipv6 enabled will end up with with a connection timeout.

That address is responding over IPv6 for me, you might have a local 
connectivity issue, or we had a temporary outage.  

If it happens again, confirm that you can reach other IPv6 sites first, 
and if so send mail to hostmaster@FreeBSD.org.
