>Release: FreeBSD 2.1-STABLE i386
>Organization:
Tantalus Inc.
>Environment:

	Pentium-Pro 200 MHZ, 256M RAM, 2GB SCSI drive (Adaptac PCI 2940?)
	FreeBSD 2.1.5

>Description:

We are trying to port an application from Ultrix to FreeBSD that uses SYSV style
shared memory. When trying to allocate sufficent shared memory it causes a kernel
	panic in kmem_suballoc of a type 3.

>How-To-Repeat:

	Set the SHMALL to 48000
	Set the SHMMAX to 24000
Rebuild the Kernel, install it and reboot (save a good kernel first)

>Fix:
Unknown, trying 2.2 snap to see if that fixes it.
