I tried to install FreeBSD-8.1-RELEASE-amd64-dvd1 on the motherboard ASUS MSA78-EM

In normal mode boot FreeBSD-8.1-RELEASE-amd64-dvd1 and ACPI enabled in the BIOS got:

While downloading FreeBSD-8.1-RELEASE-amd64-dvd1 without ACPI and ACPI enabled in the BIOS got:

In normal mode boot FreeBSD-8.1-RELEASE-amd64-dvd1 and off ACPI in the BIOS got:

While downloading FreeBSD-8.1-RELEASE-amd64-dvd1 without ACPI and ACPI off in the BIOS was:

State-Changed-Why:
Vladislav,
I think you've got your screenshots wrong. You state, you've disabled ACPI (at the fbsd boot loader, IIR) but the screenshot show ACPI errors.
Please try to fix your BIOS first and then try to run FreeBSD. Our experience shows, there's a lot of broken ACPI implementations out there. Most likely, you've got one.
Please feed back if you still have problems booting FreeBSD with an up to date, fixed BIOS. Please contact ASUS support if you can't find one.
