>Environment:

	Nothing really relevant here

>Description:

If a network link is broken, a TCP connection is dropped
by a rexmit timeout after about 30 seconds. As far as I know
	this is incorrect.

>How-To-Repeat:

For example, telnet to a machine, power down a router between
the origin and the destination, and press some keys. After some
retransmits, the connection will be dropped.

State-Changed-Why:

This really depends on the roundtrip that the kernel has estimated.

How did you expect it to work ?
