>Description:

I decided to try the windows driver via ndis to see if I'd be able to connect to this AP at work ( http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=131153 ) and I am actually able to connect. However the network performance is pretty bad, and the link keeps going from DOWN to UP and back DOWN again.

Here's the output of 'ifconfig ndis0':

[ adamk@scroll - ~ ]: ifconfig ndis0
ndis0: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> metric 0 mtu 1500
	ether 00:13:ce:a8:10:ea
	inet 192.168.0.91 netmask 0xffffff00 broadcast 192.168.0.255

authmode WPA privacy OFF bmiss 7 scanvalid 60 roaming MANUAL
	bintval 0

And the appropriate dmesg output:

ndis0: <Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection> mem 0xdfcff000-0xdfcfffff irq 17 at device 3.0 on pci3
ndis0: [ITHREAD]
