I am installed 3Ware 9650SE-8LPML with WD 500G*7 SATA II hard disk, raid 6.
If heavy disk IO, twa got error about this,
twa0: INFO: (0x04: 0x0001): Controller reset occurred: resets=1
twa0: INFO: (0x16: 0x1107): Controller reset done!:  
After this message appear many time, the system hang.
I already upgraded the RAID adapter firmware uo lastest 9.4.2 code set, but not help.

 This should probably be closed due to lack of feedback from the OP
 (and FWIW I've never had any issues minus kern/145510 with my twa(4)
 enabled card).
