FreeBSD 6.3-RC1 and FreeBSD 7.0-BETA4 fail to boot under Xen fully virtualized.

It throws a BTX failure.

What is the solution for running FreeBSD as a DomU under Xen?

The system has the Intel virtualization extensions.

Sorry if this has already been addressed:
I work in the XEN project at AMD and have seen this same issue.

What I do to get around it is to boot with acpi disabled.

You won't be able to get multiple vcpus, but the system will work otherwise.
