 I have the same hardware and it does not work. I have a dualboot with stable 
 and current and on 7.0 it does not work either. 
 Also the pcm volume controle is hard to control, it practically starts on the 
 first levels very loud, the 11 above is already loud but 9/10 is too low so I 
 need to regulate it on the sound box. The mixer vol control has no effect at 
 all and only pcm works
