>Description:
I am trying to boot/install FreeBSD as Xen guest using full virt.
The FreeBSD kernel does not boot and is constantly printing an error message.
My environment is:
* (dom0) Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
* xen-libs-3.0.3-25.0.3.el5
* kernel-xen-2.6.18-8.1.8.el5
* (domU) FreeBSD 6.2 (boot only iso) or Debian/kFreeBSD, PC-BSD

>How-To-Repeat:
Try to install FreeBSD using full virtualization with Xen and regular file as disc image.

State-Changed-Why:

This is a result of inadequate real mode emulation as required by VT-x.
This should not be an issue with SVM which can do paged real-mode. Leendert
van Doorn did the initial work but is now at AMD, so it is unlikely that
he will fix it. There is no indication that non-MS operating systems are
important to the Xen community with respect to full virtualization.
