>Description:
I make the boot floppies kern.flp and mfsroot.flp for version 3.1 using
the dd command on AIX. But when I boot my laptop with the kern.flp
diskette, I get a read error. I DID format my floppies and version 2.8
works fine and I can read from it. Version 3.1 RELEASE and STABLE are both
giving me problems.
>How-To-Repeat:
Just make a new kern.flp diskette for ver 3.1 and boot from it!
>Fix:
Put another copy of kern.flp and mfsroot.flp on the ftp server, perhaps.
I don't think I'm doing anything wrong because version 2.8 works fine.
