is there anybody working on integrating the openbsd wpi driver into freebsd?

right now i am using this experimental driver:
http://bsd-geek.de/FreeBSD/wpi-freebsd.tgz

which works pretty good.
it produces a lot of

rx tail flags error 702

messages and i have had a couple of freezes in the last month. but other
than that it works much better than the blob-driver on linux.

will this driver be imported to at least -current sometime soon?

thank you very much!

A driver is currently being worked on. The url given in the pr
indicates a driver which uses firmware which cannot be included in
FreeBSD (Licensing issues). Assigning this PR to the driver developer.

 Howdy,
The wpi driver has now been integrated in to -Current (8.0) and is
 awaiting MFCing to 7.x.
Are you able to try the driver and let me know if it works as expected
 for you.

 Cheers,
     Benjamin

 Hi!
 Great News!
Will I be able to make the driver work on RELENG_7 ?
I do not feel like updating to new CURRENT right now...

And will the driver be integrated 7.0-Release if it works right?

 Greetings
 Hannes Hauswedell

The wpi driver has now been MFC's to RELENG_7 and will be in 7.0-RELEASE.
Please give it a shot and if you find any bugs, let me know.

 Cheers,
     Benjamin
