When trying to install on a Microsoft Virtual Server 2005 (not R2) I
could not get past the boot loader.  It would detect the SCSI drive and
then restart a POST.  Changing the virtual machine to an IDE drive
allowed me to install the software.  SCSI has performance advantages
associated with MSVS as the server it is running on uses SCSI.

Use the bootonly .iso image on a MSVS 2005 virtual machine setup with
SCSI drive.
