The last available driver version (b9179) have support for IBM ServeRAID 8K, I and L adapters.
http://www.adaptec.gr/en-US/downloads/unix/freebsd?productId=SAS-4805

From freebsd-current@:

I've merged some changes from this driver to RELENG_6 sources.
I've created a custom FreeBSD 6.2-BETA1 ISO image with a my
patch to aac(4).
Now i've successfully installed FreeBSD to my new IBM x3650
with an IBM ServeRAID-8k controller. I think that this patch
can be successfully applied to CURRENT sources.

 Hello Andrey.

I have merged in most of the changes from Adaptec's more recent drivers,
including new hardware support. There are still a few more changes that
I'll bring in at some point in the future.

Let me know if the driver in HEAD/RELENG_7/RELENG_6 is still missing
either hardware support or some feature you've noticed.
