This will be fixed with Mutt-0.66.  Joerg Wunch also gave me a patch to
fix the current mutt port.  Please take a look at it if you can and see
if it still has a problem for you.

If it is still a problem, I will patition Satoshi to make this change for
2.2-RELEASE.  (we are in a ports freeze at the moment)
