I'm not using the same machine. Configuration is :
Intel Centrino 1.3GHz, 512MB RAM, 64Mb ATIRagePro, CD-RW, 35GB HDD.
>Description:
fresh installation doesn't complete - reset or hang on pkg_add()

During the installation on my mobile ThinkPad R40, on Configuration phase,
machine reboots suddenly. I've tried to run installation in normal,
without ACPI, and in Safe mode - the same story with slight differences.

State-Changed-Why:
To submitter: Firstly, I'm sorry that this PR has sat for so long without
anyone looking at it. Can you tell me, is this still a problem with newer
versions of FreeBSD?

State-Changed-Why:
Mark as suspended: submitter no longer has hardware to test with.
He does, however, confirm that the hardware itself didn't seem to
be faulty, as it ran SuSE with no issues.
