I have SuperMicro motherboard X6DHR-IG2 based on Intel E7520 chipset and Mylex AcceleRAID 160 controller. Installation of FreeBSD 4.x fails with error no disks found. Raid controller and disks are functional.
Do you plan to support this chipset in in 4.x releases, if yes when this will be available?

Same problem here with FreeBSD 4.10. We cannot run 5.x as it is considered
 insecure.

 Hi Gordan and Patrick,

Have you tested 4.11 RC on these systems? Gordan - is this PR an
 informational
PR or a complaint - you didn't say that you couldn't run 5.3, are you
 running 5.3
now on your system and does it work? Patrick - please state if the
 motherboard
your having problems with is also a SuperMicro X6DHR-IG2.

 Ted

Your welcome - the same issue came up a few days ago on the
FreeBSD questions mailing list and we wanted to find out if
