Every AWARD based BIOS motherboard (both AWARD BIOS 4.51 & AWARD-phoenix 6.00)
with x-86 cpu [i have tested it with amd k-6 ii @450mHZ, pentium iii-s tualatin
@ 1.26G
>Description:
I cannot start installation using 5.2 version when i boot from
cd-rom, as the AWARD BIOS reports:boot from cdrom... failure
This does not happen on ami BIOS version 6.27 and later and Toshiba laptop
BIOS (my example is 4010CDS Satellite).

I believe your CD-ROM has some kind of strange? emulation (as i have tested
those BIOSes using fdd & hdd emulation on different disks using Nero
burning ROM 6 boot CD function and worked fine.

Please fix this annoying problem as I love this OS.
If you fix it please send me an e-mail informing about corrected versions.
>How-To-Repeat:
On AWARD BIOS 4.51pg enter BIOS setup by pressing del and then go to the
BIOS features setup menu and set the boot sequence to : CDROM, C, A and
boot system after inserting the bootable CD-ROM

On AWARD-phoenix BIOS 6.00 enter the BIOS setup by pressing del and then
go to advanced BIOS features and set first boot device:CDROM, and boot
system after inserting the bootable CD-ROM.
