This doesn't sound like a bug in FreeBSD, but a pilot error. 
Please make sure you ask in freebsd-questions@freebsd.org and 
see ifyou haven't burnt the ISO images the wrong way before 
filing a problem report.  Or provide more information about 
the hardware you have and the exact problems you're having to 
boot the installation CDROMs.
