There is really no way for any developers to tackle a problem like 
this without more information on how to reproduce it. More information 
needs to be provided by the submitter or someone else who has seen 
something like this. If not, this PR should be closed up during the 
next periodic "feedback" sweep of the database after a reasonable 
timeout.
