 Could you follow the instructions at 
 http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/books/developers-handbook/kerneldebug.html 
 to obtain more debugging information please?  Without a backtrace it's 
 impossible to know where the panic is occurring.  Also, are you using a 
 custom kernel - and if so, which scheduler are you using?
