Responsible-Changed-When: Sat Jul 12 17:23:24 PDT 2003
Responsible-Changed-Why:
sobomax imported the new version of tar. FYI, I see this
problem periodically on bento when creating packages, but I hadn't
tracked it down yet.

I'm sorting through old 'tar' PRs and noticed yours:
 http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=gnu/54317

 a) Is this still broken in gtar?

 b) Does it also occur with bsdtar?
