>Description:

The Handbook chapter on Storage has four sections pertaining to backups:

     12.9 Tape Backup Media
     12.10 Backup Programs
     12.11 Floppy disks
     12.12 Backups to Floppies

"Floppy disks" should be earlier in the chapter, and probably called
something like "Creating and Using Floppy Disks" (in keeping with
the optical media section).

"Tape Backup Media" should probably be called "Creating and Using Tapes".

"Backups to Floppies" should die a horrible death, but that's probably
slightly premature. It should be merged in to the "Backup Programs"
section.

"Backup Programs" is misnamed, as it also contains information about backup
strategies, and things to do (creating boot floppies, etc) that aren't
strictly about "Backup Programs". This might make sense as its own,
small, chapter, that can refer to information in the "Storage" chapter
as necessary.

At some point I'll get around to fixing this, unless someone beats me to

I know, and have known this needs reworking for some time. Shame on myself
for not getting to this before your PR was submitted, but I'll be
 evaluating this
soon. Again, unless someone beats ME to it ;)
