On http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/nfs.html is described how to setup
nfs. The portmapper however isn't mentioned, but it is required for
proper operation (it took me some days to figure it out).

I suggest that:
* portmap is added to the list of daemons needed int section 17.4.1
* portmap is added to the list of commands to execute to make it work
  in section 17.4.2
