nsupdate(1) man page, as supplied by http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=nsupdate&apropos=0&sektion=0&manpath=FreeBSD+9.0-RELEASE&arch=default&format=html does not show -p or -L options in the SYNOPSIS.  The options are discussed in the DESCRIPTION section.
