>Description:
In the 2.10 "Post-installation" section of the handbook it would be
helpful to have a subsection for each entry on this page that describes
exactly what configuration files are affected by the changes made in
sysinstall that are recommended here. This way, the person installing
the system can see exactly what is happening, and can make changes later
without referring back to sysinstall.

For example, one would think that everything is in rc.conf (which most
of it is), but when you set the timezone with tzsetup, you are creating
an /etc/localtime file from the possibilities in /usr/share/zoneinfo,
and this is not obvious.
