 if we link to that page/document?
 
 Because the document is rather hidden on that page.  At least I did not

 Unfortunately, all of the links I was able to find seemed rather unofficial.

 Actually, it appears to be one of the author's sites.  There is also a
 typo on that page.  s/Simon/Simson.

 there that show that the book is indeed available for free:
