In "HOOKS" section of the man page, it says:
       "After  all processing has completed, /sbin/dhclient-script
       checks for the presence of an  executable  /sbin/dhclient-
       exit-hooks  script,[...]"
It should read /etc/dhclient-exit-hooks, as that's the file that 
dhclient-script actually sources.
