We had lots of problems handling two printers from the same FreeBSD host.
Both printers need input filers (printcap's if=... feature).  The output
from such a filter is respooled to the default printer `lp'.  The
documentation, man pages or FreeBSD handbook, fails to mention any way to
resolv this.
