The man page RUNQUEUE(9) is horribly out of date. The functions mentioned
in it are no longer available, and after spending 5 minutes looking for
the procrunnable function it appears to have been removed somewhere in
the FreeBSD 4.x series. In the modern 7.1 it is now named sched_runnable.
However, I think the man page needs to be removed, and perhaps a similar
one written in its place.
