>Description:
The Energy Policy Act of 2005 changed the rules for Daylight Savings Time in the United States. Effective this fall, DST ends on the first Sunday in November rather than the last Sunday of October, and resumes on the second Sunday in March rather than the first Sunday in April. This change may also affect Canada; I'm not sure if they decided to match the US change.

>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:
Update /usr/share/zoneinfo/{EST5EDT,CST6CDT,MST7MDT,PST8PDT}, via whatever file zic creates them from

Never mind, now I see that the changes don't go into effect until fall
2006, and the zone files have already been updated.
