 The URL in the original submission is incorrect.  It should be
 ftp://mooseriver.com/ instead of ftp://mooserover.com:/
 
 I ran across this PR as I was about to submit my own patch.  The two
 major differences between my patch and Josef's is that I've added Yom
 Yerusalayim day and moved all of the Chol ha-Mo'ed from around Yom
 Kippur to the intermediate days between the beginning and ending of
 Sukkot.
