Any i386 (and maybe others too) FreeBSD 4.x system With Dynalink L100C16
(the actual tests were on 4.5, but I yesterday confirmed that 4.6.2 still
doesn't fix it)

>Description:
Vendor: Dynalink (Tulip.com all over the box??!?)
card lc100c16 (16 bit 10/100 UTP)

This card isn't autodetected (not in pccard database)
>How-To-Repeat:
insert card, nothing happens.
>Fix:

Add to pccard.conf database:

card "Dynalink" "L100C16"
config auto "ed0" ? 0x9
   insert /etc/pccard_ether ed0 link0 -link1
   remove /sbin/ifconfig ed0 delete
