He's right.  I think it should be #37, but am not sure...

ddp is not an IP protocol. 
While there is appletalk over tcp, ddp is a separate PEER to IP  
not a sup-protocol. /etc/services is a ack anyhow as it is IP specific but  
the name doesn't really say so
